Arizona Winters...

The Arizona Winters is why I put up with the summers! It is beautiful and the weather is absolutely perfect! I also can't help but be so grateful for where I live. We have so many fun places to just leave from our house and ride our bikes! Makes me really want to find our next house super close so we can still be able to enjoy our family bike rides! We leave our house and ride back to the canal and take that down to the riparian reserve. This time we rode through the reserve and found a good fishing spot!

Preston amazes me with how fast he picks up on things. It takes him a bit to get his confidence up but once he believes in himself then there's no turning back! He rides his bike like a pro!

Best bike carrier ever. Period. Me and Lylah talk the whole time! I LOVE that shes in front of me instead of in the back!

My favorite man. My favorite boy. I'm the luckiest.

My favorite girl.

Handsome hubby.

Exploring and jumping around. Oh how I love her.

Waiting for a fish to bite!

One happy girl.

Cutest little fisherman ever.

Me and my babies...

They are pretty silly most of the time!

Mommy and Daughter love.

Mom knows how to fish too!

Me and my lover. Excuse the booty...please tell me it doesn't always look that large! Preston did a good job taking this picture!

We stopped to feed the animals on our way back home.

Kids love to stop and see them every time we ride through here! It was a great Saturday family date night! I am truly blessed.

Goodbye Training Wheels!...

Spencer tried teaching Preston to ride his bike without training wheels a couple months ago and he was having none of it. So we gave up. Yesterday he saw his younger cousin riding his bike with no training wheels and gave it a 2nd try. He got on Isaac's bike and did soo good! His cousin's bike is a lot smaller so learning to ride his would be just a little bit harder. When we got home from the park, Spencer took off Preston's training wheels. He did SO good once he got started but the getting started part he was having some trouble. After some practice he got it and he does SO good! He fly's down the road now!

My cutest big boy! Can't believe how big he is getting!

Perfecting his turns and doing SO good! He didn't even have a major crash...just a few fall overs.

Telling me all about it afterwords...he was SO proud of himself and we were SO proud as well!

Ignore my voice...but watch those legs, he's peddling as fast as his legs will let him!
It was a fun MLK day!!

Phoenix Childrens Museum...

We spent the afternoon yesterday at the museum with Corinne and Kamden. We love that place and its been a while since we've gone. The kids all had a blast. I'm kicking myself today while posting this because I forgot my camera and now all my pictures are sucky iphone pics haha. At least I have pictures right?!

Love spending my days with my kids. Luckiest girl ever right here! Life is good!

Sleepless Nights...

Lylah is killing us. Her sleeping habits have turned to the worst. She can now climb out of her crib, which means she comes in our room countless times during the night. She kicks and moves around nonstop while in our bed and if I put her back in her bed she wakes up and comes right back. We are TIRED. I know she's tired too cause we have days like this ^. I feel like the one crying most days ;).

I have a big girl bed awaiting paint and she'll be switching soon. Hopefully she'll love her new bed!?

Probably not...good thing she's so dang cute!

Zoo day for the record books...

We have zoo passes so we go to the zoo quite often. The best part is my kids never get sick of it! Its always fun for them and always a pretty good work out for me. Win, win right!? Another big bonus is Corinne and Kamden have passes too! So we always have friends with us when we go! This time was one of the most interesting trips we've taken. First off...the animals were AWESOME!

Well, at the very end of our trip we were having a blast with the lions and tigers. Usually they are a total bore but this time they were growling and fighting with each other and it was just so cool! So we were over at the Tiger exhibit and they were out laying food for it to eat. Well i was trying to get my camera ready when Corinne tells Preston to get his feet out of the exhibit! He climbed up and was sitting on the ledge with his feet dangling out. ( The tiger could never get him BUT he wasn't supposed to be in there like that ) So as he was getting out his shoe slipped off and fell into the tigers home! Preston was devasted! Crying and freaking out that he'd never see his shoe again, etc. It was dramatic...and he just couldn't let it go. So I of course took a picture of it haha! Anyways we decided to just find someone and ASK if there was anything we could do to get it back and the lady told us no that the tiger would just eat it. So we let it go and heard the lion again so we went and saw the lion. On our way out we passed the Tigers again and saw the lady who layed out the food in the exhibit again and guess what she had in her hand!? Yup the shoe! We yelled to her that it was ours and met her at the gate. Preston sure is lucky to get that shoe back and boy was he excited!

It was a zoo day we probably won't forget!!
