Missing you...

I hate when Spencer is out of town. There's just something missing when he's not around and now that Preston is older he totally understands that Dad never came home and asks for him over and over. Luckily he really doesn't leave us very often, but when he does we miss him TONS. I think this Utah thing just might be harder then I'm anticipating. We need and sure do love Spencer around. But we have been trying to make the best of it, we've played lots outside with the hose, we went to McD's for dinner and played, we watched movies in moms bed, went swimming with Corinne and Kam, and even went and got ice cream cones :).

Spencer, however, went on a white river rafting trip with his family in Durango, Colorado. I think his fun demolished any kind of fun we tried to have haha! He comes home tomorrow and I can't wait to hear stories and see some pictures and give him kisses.

Before he left we went swimming...Preston pretty much chose Spencer to be his swimming partner the entire time. Once Spencer gets home its like I'm the old toy getting dusty on the shelf. He rarely chooses me. Don't worry I totally know he loves me, he just has a REALLY cool dad. Who could blame him?

Oh and last night I started taking apart my old car seat cover...I'm covering it and making it oh so super girlie and cute!

Ya don't look too closely, this thing is dirty...its been in storage for a while and is in the washer as we speak...luckily new fabric will be laying over it soon! I thought about showing you a sneak peak of the fabric but i just want it to be a surprise. I can't wait to finish!

Glasses...

Doesn't he look so smart? Thankfully he didn't get glasses...I don't know how I'd ever keep them on him but I do think he looks rather adorable!

Phone Photos...

I kind of hate phone pictures because they are blurry when you blow them up but this is our life lately. Look how big Kamden is getting, he's sitting up all by himself and is so interested in his big cousin Preston. Preston was showing him his cars and would laugh at Kamden when he would fall over haha we still have to remind preston to be nice and to be soft. I'm so glad hes had Kamden to start getting used to babies being around because pretty soon we'll have a baby with us 24/7!

Speaking of babies I couldn't help but load this picture. This was Preston's first day home, oh my goodness I can not wait to have another tiny baby to cuddle!

Now that we are on the subject of babies, this is the bedding I want to copy and make for baby girl! I found in online but for a huge ridiculous price of 800.00!!! Barf...who honestly pays that much? Anyways I love all the ruffles but I can't decide on what colors I want to use for her room so I haven't gotten any fabric just yet...

I also found this mobile on Etsy and I think I may just have to copy this as well! It is just so precious!!!

Preston likes to put our shoes on...he will even put on my high heels and try walking around haha. This time he even put on daddies church socks and shoes!

And I also fell in love with this picture all over again...this is us a day or two after we got engaged. I just love the man in my life. He's perfect.

Baby Girl...

I have been thinking A LOT about this new little baby girl that will be in my home in about 2 months! Am I really ready for 2 kids?! I feel as if I have SO much to do and SO much to get, in SO little time. With us leaving to Utah the 26th of August I have about a month to be ready. A month to be with my hubby. And a month to figure out how I'm going to take 2 car seats and luggage and whatever else we will need to live for a month to Utah and back. A bigger car sure would come in handy :). I'm also stressed about how I am even going to make it there. Driving to Flagstaff is uncomfortable for me, Utah is 5 times the drive. Does anyone know of a private pilot willing to fly me there? HAHA! I really am so excited though for this time in my life, I really can't wait to kiss those cheeks and dress her up. Shes gonna be a mini me- even if she looks more like her daddy.

This was taken last week....Look how big that belly is! And i still have 2 more months...I'm afraid of what I will look like then haha! I'll be 31 weeks on friday, time is seriously starting to go by fast now.

She's already a wild thing and I don't think she'll have any problem keeping up with her brother. The other night I had Spencer watch my belly and he was amazed at how it moved. She does karate in there I think. Spencer says hes excited to have a girl because they seem so much more low key then chasing after our preston 24/7 but I'm not so sure she will be low key. We will have to see! I have a feeling that I will be running through life for the next few years of little kids. I had better get in shape!

Well I have to stop blogging because Preston is begging me to play cars...he even says "pweez" really cute....how can you say no?

Its hot...

We really haven't been doing much lately. Because of the heat we do something with water every day though. Preston has been going to swimming lessons and LOVES it now...he doesn't want to leave when the lesson is over. He's been going twice a week and on the days he doesn't do that we are either playing with the hose and his swimming pool in our backyard or we'll go somewhere with water. I took some pictures of him today at his swimming lessons...

Prestons favorite part of his lessons is getting the torpedos from the bottom...at first he wouldn't stick his whole head in but now he goes right for them and opens his eyes to see. He gets so excited everytime he gets one...its really cute!

He has also mastered the "monkey walk", she will dunk him in the water and he'll grab to the side of the wall and walk himself over with his hands to the shallow part of the pool.

She has been trying to get him to put his hands up and "glide" to her but he just kinda does a little dance and then jumps haha its pretty funny. But after he jumps he does really good and kicking his little feet and he's starting to move his arms a little bit too.

He also learned how to blow bubbles in the water haha

And he's getting better at floating!

Her next appointment was canceled so Preston got extra time to play with her and he was having a blast! I'm so glad he ended up loving these lessons and he really has been learning a lot.

Yesterday we went to the San Tan Mall splash pad and he had a lot of fun! This kid just LOVES water.

And then he dried off while playing in the play area...it was a fun day!

The Fabulous 4th!

This weekend was fabulous! We started early and left for Flagstaff Thursday night. On our way there we decided to stop in Cottonwood at Brandon and Dawns house to eat and visit and it was sooo much fun. Preston LOVED playing with their cute kiddos and it broke up our trip for Preston which was SO nice since he hates traveling now. She also already had a baby girl present for me and passed down some of her cute baby girl stuff...She is seriously so thoughtful and sweet! I can't wait until this baby is born and I get to dress her up in all things girly! Friday was a pretty relaxed day...we were sorta lazy and enjoyed the cooler weather. Spencer's mission buddy James Pace and his wife and baby girl were driving through Flagstaff on their way to Mexico and dropped by the house to visit. It was so good to see them, I am sad I didn't get a picture of Spencer and Pace. That night we took Preston to a really cool park. We loved that it was surrounded by pretty trees and there was a ton of things for Preston to do.

He also got to drive us home :)...Grandma and Grandpas house is a little out of town on roads with little to no traffic...we would stop once we got pretty close and let him "drive" the rest of the way home. He LOVED it.

On Saturday Spencer and Preston mowed the lawn...

And then we went to the lake with Dan and Alyssa. Spencer loves wakeboarding in Flagstaff, their lake there is never crowded and its so pretty.

Preston loves to watch his daddy and uncle wakeboard...this is him watching his Uncle Dan :) I love how he crosses his little feet.

And of course he had to drive the boat :)

And then he fell asleep and rested his head on my baby bump...I guess this huge belly is good for more then one thing haha!

Later that day John made it there and we all played poker and monopoly until late at night...it was super fun! Sunday we went to church and had yummy steaks and played games with the whole family, I loved that we were all there together, we had a TON of fun!

On the 4th we woke up and went to the Flagstaff parade. It was way hotter then we all thought it would be but we had a good time. :)

One of the floats were giving away Mountain Dews and Preston tried to take over mine haha

John took a date to the parade, she knows Tiffany and they had a good time. :)

And here are the good looking Coon men!

And our little family...Don't you like how Preston is sticking out his tongue ;)

Dan and Alyssa... I don't know why Dans face is shaded ( dumb camera )

Cute Preston playing with his stuff he collected from the parade

After the parade we all went to the lake together!

Little Preston loves his Aunt Tiffany, he started calling her "T" and would yell for her the whole weekend. It was seriously so cute and so funny, he just loves her to death!

He took turns cuddling with just about everyone...this picture of him and his Uncle Dan was just precious.

I didn't get any good shots of anyone wakeboarding but I did get some of Spencer and Preston on the tube. This kid LOVES the tube and the water. He is just too cute for words!

We ended up not seeing any fireworks last night :( and we drove home this morning. It really was an awesome weekend. We really need to do more all together as a family. I sure do love that Coon family of mine! And I love that I got a call from Ron about an hour ago thanking me for coming and telling me he had an awesome time and how much he loves that little boy of mine. He told me they all think he's the cutest...I'm glad cause you know I totally agree! He's such a great Father-in-law! I really lucked out with Spenc and his Fam :)
