Picnic with the Coons

On wednesday night we met up with Spencers Aunt Kathy and Paul and Melissas family. Aunt kathy made us a picnic with croussaint sandwhiches and chocolate donaughts...it was really really good. We took it up to the canyon where it was really pretty. It got dark fast so after we ate we went back and visited at paul and melissas. PS...Riley is adorable! It is so fun that everyone is having little boys around the same time as preston....little aaron, riley, preston, and future isaac will be best friends! How fun is that? Well this is preston all ready to go to the canyon...hes laughing at my mom right there.

Happy 2nd Anniversary!!

Weve been married now for 2 years! Time really does go by so fast. It has been wonderful though, I want my husband and best friend to know that he is the best thing that has EVER happened to me. He brings out the best in me and i have never been happier than i am now. He is such a hard worker but deffinantly knows how to play haha. I never have as much fun as i do when i am with him. Hes the best husband and father that i could ever ask for! I just love him with my whole heart! Well our anniversary was tuesday so that night my mom watched preston and we went out for dinner at the "Roof Resturant". Its in the Joseph Smith Building at the very top right next to the Salt Lake Temple. Our table was right next to the window so the temple was our view...it was beautiful. The food was really good too i would recommend it to anyone who has wanted to go, kinda pricey but worth it. It was alot of fun to get a little dressed up and go somewhere really nice. Well when we finished dinner we walked around temple square and took some pictures. I love being around the temple, it reminds me of the day that we were sealed together forever. We are so blessed to have the gospel in our lives and to have our family forever. I cant imagine living life without knowing the truth...we are so lucky!

Utah Trip!

We just took a little vaca to Utah and i have alot of posting to catch up on. The picture to the left is "packing" time we had just went and got some new garments and preston was having a good time playing with them while i was trying to hurry up and pack everything before spenc got home. Funny how the littlest things are the most fun haha. Well the day before we were going to leave our air conditioning broke...it was horribly hot and we had to stay the night at his parents because they werent able to come and fix it untill the next day. So that friday we only had a little time to get everything ready to go. The plan was to drive to flagstaff, sleep a little and then head on up to utah. We decided the earlier the better because Preston sleeps through the night now and it would be a whole lot easier to travel while hes asleep so we left around 3 am that morning. Well...on our way Preston pooped all over his clothes and then a few hours later when we stopped to change him again he peed all over everything before i could put his diaper on him haha he was a mess. But we finally arrived in Saratoga Springs around noon. Preston has been fussy with other people lately so i was a little nervous he was going to be a little stinker to everyone but he must have remembered my mom because he loved her right when we saw her. Well the first few days we were there i was bad and didnt take any pictures but we pretty much just chilled at my parents. Sunday we went to church and then my cousin Erin and her husband came over and we had alot of fun with them. We played some games and laughed alot...she is a funny funny girl! And then monday me and spenc and tanner went on a quad ride up the mountain by my parents. And i made everyone go and eat "Wingers" for lunch...i ate there a lot when i lived in idaho...good times. Well i decided it would be easier to do seperate posts for the fun things we did, we went to thanksgiving point and i forgot my camera so we took pictures on spencers phone so ill have to do that one later but ill do the rest now....

Swimmin!

Preston loves the water! We took him swimming last saturday for the first time and he loved it! I kinda figured hed like it cause he has lots of fun taking baths, he splashes and kicks and always smiles. Well we kind of decided last minute to go and i never bought him swim shorts or little swimmers diapers so i just put him in a diaper and little basketball shorts haha the shorts worked fine but his diaper was huge! haha ive never seen anything like it. We didnt do a good job on taking pictures but we managed to get a few. Enjoy!

On tuesday me and preston went to lunch with the "coon men" while we were there we decided to take a picture of great grandpa dan coon, grandpa ron coon, spencer, and preston. Thats 4 generations of coon men.
