New found LOVE...

Look how happy this little boy looks!

We decided to take him to the park yesterday night before we met up with spencers family for dinner. Hes never been on a swing before and they had the little baby ones there so we decided to try it out. And oh boy did he just LOVE it! I cant get over how adorable he looks in a swing either...hes just soo tiny looking haha! Hes starting to look more and more like a boy instead of a baby...hes just the cutest thing!!! He is starting to get "fearless" and i dont know what to do about it...he would just crawl himself off the bed if i let him and he has fallen before but does that phase him? No. So this swing was perfect for him...he had a little freedom and he could go fast haha. Hes such a "boy" but I love it!

There was just too many cute pictures of him swinging that i had to post alot...I cant begin to tell anyone how much i love being a mom to this little boy. He brings more joy to this family than i could say!

We also slid down the slide and let him touch some dirt haha i dont think hes ever touched it before and he was really "studying" it. Hed put some in his hand and stare at it...i was afraid hed try and eat it so he didnt get to play in it for very long.

We tried to take a family photo but of course it didnt turn out so good...oh well!

Dirtbike Track...

Yesterday Spencer decided he wanted to take his dirtbike to a track down on Ironwood because they were open untill 10 at night. He cant load his bike in the truck by himself so guess who had to come and help...thats right me. haha no i wanted to come and watch him. He hasnt ridden in a long time so I was kinda nervous that he might wreck or something. Its funny cause Id kind of time him so i knew when hed be coming around the track right in front of us so I could show preston where "dada" was and Id loose track of time playing with preston so Id wonder where the heck he was and id start getting all nervous that something happened and then hed come around the corner. I really just worry all the time...i need to stop. But anyways Id show Preston when Spencer would drive by and he would keep his eyes on him and say dadadadada untill we couldnt see him anymore, it was really cute. Well I forgot my camera, dang it, so all i had was my camera on my phone which sucks so these pictures are really blurry and not good but oh well Im sure well be back soon enough and Ill take better pictures.

I swear my husband has more hobbys than anyone I know. Pretty soon hes gonna have to pick his favorites and let go of the rest haha. If you look close at the 2 pictures of the track you can see spencer riding...ya the blurry dot...thats him haha.

Silly boy...

Yesterday we got back from grocery shopping and I let Preston "help" me unload grocerys but he was more interested in the dishwasher. The dishes were clean and the only thing he could reach were the spoons haha so I let him have his fun...its so funny to me that he has the most fun with things like this then he does with his toys...why do we even buy toys? haha. We never fixed his hair yesterday either so he has crazy nap hair and i think its adorable...thats one great thing about boys...you dont have to fix their hair or have them match...they look cute no matter what and people understand...THEIR BOYS!

I love to watch his little body move around...its soo cute! Ive never realized how cute it is when these little bodys start to move untill my own started to do it. They are so much stronger than you think. Hes a mess, yes, but its soo fun at the same time.

Preston also went to his first birthday party on monday. It was our good friends Taylor and Amandas little girls 1st birthday and boy is she just adorable. Its so fun to see him react to other little kids since he usually doesnt. Hes kinda spoiled and not used to things being taken away and kids wanting to poke at him haha but he needs to get used to it. He totally doesnt look happy in this picture haha but I wanted to show him someday who he used to play with sometimes. I actually stole this picture from amandas blog so i couldnt blow it up without it being to fuzzy. But it was a fun little party...i cant believe that in just over 2 months preston will be one. Oh gosh time flys.

Big Boy...

Preston is just getting too big too fast. Some of his favorite things to do is pull himself up and walk (while holding on to something, couch for example), play with and talk on cell phones, loves to read books (we just bought a book to teach him some sign language...im pretty excited, hopefully hell pick it up quick), and he LOVES to brush his teeth! Ill brush his teeth first and then hell do it and he does a pretty good job haha of coarse he likes biting it but he also moves it around like i do. He loves to do what we do and hes starting to wave back at us when we wave hi and bye. Hes just the funnest little guy around!

These are pictures of him playing with his cell phone, reading his books, and drinking out of his big boy cup. I love that he never liked his bottle, he went straight from breastfeeding to his cup and Im SO HAPPY about it. One less habit we dont have to break. Thank you! haha

This is when we were dating and we went to greer with his family. Look how serious we look haha and my hair oh my...but i really wish i knew what we were talking and thinking about. Ive looked at this picture a thousand times trying to remember why we are so serious haha. Usually when i see pictures I can remember things instantly, but this one im so blank. Maybe we were fighting...maybe we just really wanted to kiss but there were other people on the boat haha i just dont know! Well its fun to see old pictures...thanks jill for sending this one our way!

Diet Update- Okay so its been 1 week and ive lost 4 lbs...not really the result i was hoping for but its something. I decided to take alot of your guys advice and not do a liquid diet...im really just eating a ton better and excersising. So Im slowly but surely getting there. :)

Splish Splash...

I dont know about you but i LOVE bath time pictures...something about the crazy hair and all the chub "uncovered" makes me smile. Im sure Ive posted some before but these were from his bath this morning. Hes starting to really let me know he wants out and trys to get himself out haha...he used to want to stay in there forever but lately hes kind of a "get the job done" and get out kind of boy! Hes also getting 2 more teeth on top, so he has a total of 4 teeth now! Hes also "mastered" the crawl and can move really quick...the baby chub is slowly starting to fade as well...which im pretty sad about but ever since he started moving his cheeks arent as droopy. Hes still the cutest little guy me and spenc have EVER layed eyes on and were so unbelievably grateful hes ours!

Spring Cleaning!

The weather has been PERFECT here in arizona...I leave my doors open and we go on walks...ohhh how I love this time of year ( though it will probably only last a month or so...please longer! ) Well its also the time of Spring Cleaning! haha for some reason Im really ready to get down and dirty and really get my house in tip top shape. I started in the kitchen today, but im really trying to figure out what the best way to clean my tile and grout would be...any ideas? I would LOVE to hire someone to come and clean all of my floors but thats just not possible right now...dang it. I also have my windows and screens to wash and I am desperatly wanting to start a garden this year. I am not really sure what veges grow this time of year and then which ones grow in the summer in this heat...can anyone help me? Well Preston was my big helper haha he was following me around keeping me company...oh how i love this boy!
