Awesome August...

August was filled with the last of summer! Me & Spenc had our 6th Anniversary, we took our last summer vacation and Preston started Preschool again! Here is some of August through my phone!

It still seems like yesterday that we were married. Best decision of my life hands down. I love him more and more as time passes even though that seems impossible. XOXO.

 Preston started Pre-K at Mrs. Angelas again! He was so excited to go back and see some old friends and make some new ones as well!! 

Preston took a tumbling class this summer with his friends. His class ended and he was sad, he loved to go each week!

This is how Lylah rode around in Sprouts one very grouchy afternoon ;)

We spent a weekend in Flagstaff. Riding the ranger in the rain and mud was the highlight for sure!

I started watching Shanna's little Emma once a week. Lylah LOVES it and they have become such good friends. I love it so much! They are too dang cute!

We went to the mall kids club with ward friends!

Preston had an accident! He put my blanket from my bed over his head and started getting wild and ended up hitting his nose on my nightstand...HARD. I heard it and freaked out... After I grabbed him and saw the damage I almost passed out. Luckily Spencer was home! Poor kid looked like a little avatar for a while. It broke my heart every time i saw him! 

Utah/ Tanner & Keeley get Married!...

We took a trip to Utah for Tanner & Keeley's wedding, see family, and to celebrate our Anniversary!

We got into town just in time to go to the temple with Tanner and Keeley while they got their endowments. So glad we were able to be there. Me and Spencer got to be the witness couple as well so we really felt a part of it. 

My parents had a BBQ the night before the wedding for our family. It was so fun to see everyone and Preston LOVED playing with all my cousins kids!

We tried putting curlers in Lylah's hair but her hair was too thin and it didn't work!

Lylah was so worn out that she passed out on the bathroom floor while I was brushing my teeth haha.

I absolutely LOVED their cake. The building and everything about the wedding was SO cute and so them!

Lylah was hands down the cutest flower girl EVER! But don't be deceived by that cute face...she was also the naughtiest!!

After the wedding we all got to relax! We played tons of games and just hung out together! We loved the fire pit and making smores!

Me and Spencer took a couple days to spend time with each other for our 6th Anniversary! My parents watched our kids and we were so thankful! The first day we hiked to 5th water hot springs. We took the wrong path at first...so the hike ended up being longer than we thought plus we didn't bring enough water or any food! Haha we still had fun though and I'm glad we did it! 

It was beautiful and my hubby is really hot! 

I didn't take many pictures of us in Park City but we had a fun and relaxing time! We did the Alpine slide and coaster, went shopping, hit the movies and ate super yummy food! I loved having his full attention! 

We were glad to get our kiddos back though! We sure missed them but we were so thankful that my parents took such great care of them. I honestly never worried about them, I knew they were in great hands! It was such a great trip...one of our favorite trips to Utah for sure!

Flagstaff trip gone wrong...

We decided to spend the weekend in Flagstaff with Spencer's parents. We were going to ride on the ranger, shoot the bow, go to a heavy duty truck show and Debbie also brought her horses. The heavy duty truck show was a hit with Preston. They let him get in and tour each truck and he loved it! Lylah was asleep in the stroller the entire time. 

Spencer was teaching Preston how to shoot a bow and we also tried riding the horses. 

Luckily we took Lylah off that brown horse. Minutes after this picture of Spencer was taken, the horse went crazy. It got into an open pasture and starting bucking and running super quickly through trees. Spencer bailed off the horse and ended up breaking his collar bone and got a pretty big gash on his leg. 

I just keep thinking to myself how worse it could have been. Lylah was supposed to be riding that horse with Spencer. Luckily we had a feeling to wait to put her on. I cant imagine what could have happened to my Lylah girl! And luckily Spencer didn't get hurt too bad. This just hasn't been his year! The rest of the trip Spencer just rested and me and the kids took some walks and hung out around the house!
