Family Pictures 2012...

One of my very best friends from High School offered to take some pictures for me while we were in Utah visiting my family. She did an amazing job and luckily it wasn't freezing! My mom and sister Courtney came with us to get my kids to smile, they were awesome and I really don't know if they would have smiled if they hadn't come! Get ready for a picture overload!

Thanksgiving 2012...

This year was my family's year for Thanksgiving! So we took the long 11 hour drive to Saratoga Springs, Utah.

The first day we were there we just relaxed and tried to sleep since we drove through the night. Later that afternoon we met up with one of my best friends from High School and she took some family pictures for me! They turned out great ( I'll show them in my next post ). We also did some grocery shopping for our Thanksgiving dinner the next day!

Thanksgiving day we drove to Tooele, Ut to meet up with my Aunt and Uncle and My cousins who live there. It was so fun to be there with them since we hardly ever get to see them.

I tried making a Turkey veggie plate...I thought it was kinda cute haha!

Our dinner was seriously delicious...we have some good cooks on my side of the family ;)

And then we visited with family the rest of the night ( before we had to go get ready for black friday shopping! )

And we stayed until Lylah zonked out...

When we got back to my parents we decided to do some black friday shopping. Little Kam wasn't feeling good at all that day and I was able to capture this sweet pic before we left. Love that boy and his mama!

Here are the black friday shoppers who came home with NOTHING. I actually hate shopping on black friday...probably wont do it again! But it was fun hanging with these girlies!

The guys went fishing the next day...

We played games like every night and laughed our faces off. It was so much fun!!

My kids actually travel really well so the trip there and back wasn't bad at all! Preston keeps asking when our next trip to Grammy's is! Love our Utah visits!

Happy Birthday Spencer...

Spencer turned 27. I read in a magazine that your prime year is 26, so I guess its just downhill from here haha jk! Spencer is lucky enough to take a big racing trip with his dad every year for his birthday. They go to Buttonwillow, CA and race some of his dads cars. They always have a good time and they always have stories to tell when they get back. I used to hate it cause I felt like I could never spend his birthday with him but it kinda lets me off the hook and I don't hate it so much anymore haha. Plus I wouldn't be able to afford anything like the trip they take anyway! I'm just glad he always has such a fun time!

Spencer was driving one of his buddys cars and it somehow let out the air bags on one of their turns!

Spencer has been going to the lake a lot as well, I guess its not to cold yet! He made a few more friends with boats so its been easier for him to go.

Since graduating in May he has just been working full time. No more trying to go to school full time on top of everything else. It has been SO nice. We all absolutely love the extra time he has now to spend with us! Spencer is the most hard working and honest guy I know. He's seriously really good at everything I'm not and I know without a doubt he was just meant for me. I love him more then anyone in this world. Here's to 27+ more birthdays babe! XOXO!

Halloween 2012...

We had parties galore this Halloween! An adult party, preschool party, ward party and finally Halloween. So we got some pretty good uses out of our costumes. I really like when we are a theme but I realize that I probably wont be able to keep that up much longer but this year I let Preston pick whatever he wanted to be and then we just tried to tie us in. Preston of course chose to be a Police Officer! So I decided that Lylah, Spenc and I would be jail birds. It turned out really cute and fun!
