Lost and Hardly Ever Found...

My house has some how turned into a deep and dark black hole. Let me explain...

A few months ago Spencer was playing with his wedding ring and Preston wanted to see it for a minute and Spencer let him see it. Well Spencer was also watching a show and forgot to keep watching Preston. Well needless to say its gone. And I mean gone. I have searched high and low. Not to mention how many times I have cleaned the house since then and nothing! Where in the world could it have gone? 

Preston also loves tools. He is always trying to sneak into my cupboards to find the hammer or screw driver so he can "fix" things. Well the bit comes out of the screw driver and he must have taken it out and now its gone. Again I've searched and searched and its no where. 

Yesterday I was adjusting Lylahs car seat so it will fit her better and Preston was right there with me pretending to fix it to. Well one of the pieces is missing now. In a matter of seconds its gone. I know he couldn't have eaten the huge metal thing so WHERE IS IT!!!!!

This morning my camera was missing. Luckily I found it under Lylahs bumbo. No...the other things weren't there but man alive I'm glad I found that camera. I pretty much can't live without a camera. 

So where is this Black hole that only Preston knows about? Who knows...but it's seriously driving me crazy!!!!

Lylahs first tooth...

Lylah is teething already! She is getting her first tooth on the bottom. You can just see a little white dot right now so i couldn't take a picture of it but its coming!

Her brother takes pretty good care of her....

Blossom on the Vine is back!...

I've decided to keep up with my craft blog again. But I've changed it up a little since i don't have a lot of time set aside just for crafting. My time has now ventured out to other important things...being mommy, cooking, loosing weight and some crafting. So I've decided to blog about all the things I love to do but don't want to fill up my family blog with. I want to keep this more as a journal and then blog and talk about other things there. So I hope to see you all there!

Park Days...

Yesterday my neighbor texted me and asked if we wanted to have a picnic at the park. Of course we wanted to get out of the house and enjoy this perfect weather! Gosh I really LOVE the valley this time of year. It's amazing.

I'm so thankful for where I live. I love the winters here, I love my house, I love my neighbors and I love my ward. I'm really happy here :).

Dinosour Museum...

One day me and Corinne decided to take our kiddos to the Dinosaur Museum at Thanksgiving Point. We had such a good time and were so glad we went! My camera died so most of these pics are from Corinnes iphone...thanks Corinne!

 

I want to start taking Preston to the fun museums we have here in the valley...anyone want to join  me?

The Doc...

When we got back home we had a doctors visit to go to. Lylah was as happy as could be and didn't cry at all...she just smiled and smiled as her doctor checked her out. Love this girly. And I love her protective brother that kept asking "Lylah okay Mom?". 

Don't you hate waiting for the doctor to come? They stick you in the room and there's nothing for your 2 year old to do but play on the swivel doctors chair.  And you just keep thinking to yourself...this kid is gonna fall and break his head open. So then you get him off and have to deal with the huge temper tantrum because he totally thinks he's big enough to play on it? Wow...happens to me everytime. So we took pictures instead. For some reason the lighting is really weird. 

Anyways look at Lylahs chub! I know...cute right!? Doc says she weighs 14 lbs 11 oz, almost 15 lbs!

Bigelow Family Pictures...

While the whole family was in Utah for Christmas we took some family pictures. It was a much needed update to the old one we had. I think we gained like 4 people haha. 

I hate the way i look in these pictures...which is sad cause I probably wont use them for anything. My inlaws need a much needed family picture as well so hopefully they will take one here in a few months and hopefully I can kick my butt into gear and look better for those pictures! But i do have to say my parents grandbabies sure are adorable!!! Love my whole family so much!

Court on the Court...

It's basketball season right now at Westlake highschool where my baby sis goes to school. Me and my kiddos only got to go to one game while we were there but we had a great time. Luckily it was a home game because their court set up is the best with little kids. They have a regular bleachers but on top they have an open section with seats so the kids can play and watch while we watch the game...and them :).

Of course this little athletic sister of mine did awesome!

Preston did enjoy watching Court! I love it when he finds her and points her out...sooo cute :)

Corinne and Kamden...they are seriously SO CUTE!

Preston playing patta cake with Lylah...it melts my heart to see them together and being so sweet. I love my kids SO MUCH. 

Weddings and Babies...

We stayed long enough so that we could attend Spencer's cousin Adams wedding. My mom watched both our babies and it was SO nice to be able to spend some alone time with Spencer before he caught his flight back home the next day. It was great that we got to go to the temple too, I had never been inside the Salt Lake Temple before. It's a really big temple, gorgeous too! It was really fun to visit with all of his extended family too. We had a good day! Heres a pic of the newlyweds...

And us in front of some temple doors...I LOVED these doors. The angle is weird and I look fat but the first thing I noticed in this picture is my boots. I thought to myself "I'm really glad I bought those" haha. 

The day after Spenc left I went and visited one of my oldest friends Whitney! She just had her first baby the beginning of December and named her Tenley. She's adorable and has the cutest hair! I loved her and loved being able to visit with Whit! Miss her lots. And I had to take pictures of the babies together...Lylah looks chubby and bald haha but they are both so stinkin cute!

I LOVE babies. Just looking at these pics makes me want to squeeze them!

Fun Stuff...

One morning Spencer and I took our kiddos to the aquarium in Sandy. Preston loved it and Lylah took her nap the whole time we were there haha. He loves fish and enjoyed looking at all the different kinds in all the different tanks. He looked so cute standing on tippy toes trying to see everything. 

They had a lot of cool fish...isn't this one creepy? Ewww I'd never want a real encounter with that thing!

We also went bowling with my family...I seriously lost both games! I need to practice my bowling skills...

We played mini golf...Preston played with me :) ya he was awesome!

The adults played laser tag! Us girls stuck together :) Yes my head looks huge...thats what happens when your the one trying to take the picture haha!

And Preston went on a free fall ride and LOVED it. I hate these rides with a passion but I went on it with Preston the first time and he had so much more fun then me haha. He wanted to go again so Spencer took him again. Love this thrill seeking boy!
